ShabdKusum is a Hindi literature and creative-writing community app operated by CREATIVE WEB MALL (INDIA) PVT LTD (“we”, “us”). It lets registered members publish written work, videos and images, comment, and message one another. We have zero tolerance for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and for child sexual abuse material (CSAM). This page describes the standards we maintain to keep children safe on ShabdKusum, in line with Google Play’s Child Safety Standards policy and applicable law.
1. What is prohibited
The following are strictly forbidden anywhere on ShabdKusum, including in posts, comments, profiles, group content, messages, images and video:
- Child sexual abuse material (CSAM) in any form — real, animated, AI-generated or simulated.
- Sexualisation of minors, including sexualised text, art, or “age-play” content.
- Grooming, sextortion, or any attempt to solicit sexual content or contact from a minor.
- Trafficking, endangerment, or facilitation of offline abuse of a child.
- Sharing, requesting, or linking to CSAE/CSAM hosted elsewhere
2. Age requirement
ShabdKusum is intended for adult members. Accounts are created and approved through our licensed-community onboarding; users must confirm they meet the minimum age for their jurisdiction. Accounts found to belong to children are removed.
3. How users report a concern (in-app)
Every post and every user profile in ShabdKusum has a Report option. Selecting it opens a form with reason categories that include Child endangerment or exploitation and Obscene content. Reports are delivered directly to our moderation team. Users can also raise a concern without leaving the app through Menu → Support.
4. How we respond
- Reports involving potential CSAE are triaged with priority.
- Content assessed as CSAM is removed immediately and preserved as required by law.
- We report apparent CSAM to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and/or to the relevant authorities in India, and cooperate with law-enforcement requests.
- Accounts involved in CSAE are permanently banned and their devices/identifiers blocked.
